Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the NB website, the members area and NB Bot in the NB Discord server (together, the “Services”), run by NB (“we,” “us”).

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. Before they get access, members also accept the NB Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement (the “NDA”) in the NB Discord, and it forms part of these Terms. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

1. Who Can Join

You may use the members area only if you are at least 18, or aged 14 to 17 with the consent of a parent or guardian, can legally accept these Terms, and hold the Lifetime role in the NB Discord server. Each account is for one person.

2. Your Account

You sign in with Discord, or with Google or your email address and then link your Discord account. You may need to link it again on a new device or when Discord’s sign-in expires. While access keys are still in use, you can also sign in with the access key we gave you; the key stops working when we withdraw it. You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in methods secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account. Each account can have only one active session at a time: a new sign-in signs the earlier one out of the members tools at once, and out of the rest of the members area when its session expires. Tell us promptly through the contact page if you believe someone has used your account without your permission.

3. Access and the Lifetime Role

Access to the members area requires that you have accepted the NDA and that your linked Discord account holds the Lifetime role. We check this when you link Discord and each time you sign in. A session lasts up to 24 hours. If the role is removed, your access ends when your current session expires. In the NB Discord, the module channels also require you to wear the NB server tag. NB Bot checks this every few minutes and removes access to those channels while you do not wear it.

Lifetime access is bought separately. The price, and the payment service that handles the payment, are shown before you buy. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, unless you ask for access to start immediately and acknowledge that you lose this right once access has been given.

“Lifetime” means access for as long as NB runs the members area. It does not mean that any particular feature, or the Services as a whole, will be offered indefinitely. We may change, add or remove features of the Services over time.

4. Confidentiality

Everything in the members area, including videos, tools, indicators, levels, written material and discussions, is confidential. You must treat it as Confidential Information under the NDA, in the same way as anything shared in the private channels of the NB Discord. You may use it only for your own learning and trading, and you must not share, publish, record, resell or redistribute it.

The Services and all material in them belong to NB or its licensors. While you have access, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Services for your own learning and trading. No other rights are granted. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

7. No Financial Advice

The Services are educational. Nothing in them is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. Trading futures, options and other leveraged instruments carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Results shown are individual and not typical, and past performance does not guarantee future results. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions.

8. Other Companies’ Services

The Services link to, or rely on, services run by others, such as Google, Discord, brokers, trading platforms and prop firms. Their own terms and policies apply, and we are not responsible for them.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or end your access, without notice where reasonable, if you breach these Terms or the NDA, if your Lifetime role is removed, or where we need to for legal or security reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time and ask us to delete your account. Sections 4, 6, 7, 10, 11 and 13, and the NDA, continue to apply after your access ends.

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that any information in them is complete or current.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, or for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profits or loss of data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for access. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will tell members by email or in the NB Discord before the changes take effect. If you keep using the Services after that, you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the law of the country where NB is established, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings there. If the NDA conflicts with this section on governing law or jurisdiction, this section prevails.
